At LL Benas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your outerwear, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Return Window
You may return or exchange items within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags and labels attached
  • Returned in their original packaging (if possible)

3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products

4. How to Initiate a Return

5. Refunds

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by LL Benas.

7. Exchanges
